상하이에서 열리는 ‘TheOnePetShow’는 매년 봄 개최되는 대표적인 반려동물 산업 박람회 중 하나로, 4일간의 행사 기간 동안 업계 전문가와 일반 소비자를 포함해 약 20만 명의 방문객을 유치합니다.
첫 번째 ‘조류 사육 마스터클래스’에서 로로 파크(Loro Parque) 수의학과장인 리처드 하이드리히(Richard Heidrich) 박사와 함께 강사로 초청받는 영광을 누렸습니다.
특별한 요청에 따라 저희는 번식 관리, ‘뉴트리버드(NutriBird)’ 포뮬러와 펠렛의 올바른 사용법, 그리고 ‘오로파마(OroPharma)’ 보충제에 대한 강연을 진행했습니다. 하이드리히 박사는 조류 내시경 검사에 관한 강연을 했으며, 로로 파크의 수의학 시설도 소개했습니다. 테네리페에 위치한 로로 파크는 전 세계에서 가장 크고 다양한 조류 종을 보유한 세계적으로 유명한 현대식 동물원입니다.
중국 전역에서 참석하기 위해 먼 길을 마다하지 않고 찾아온 많은 참가자들은 두 강연 모두에 큰 호응을 보였으며, 일부 방문객은 행사 참석을 위해 수 시간 동안 이동하기도 했습니다. 중국은 물론 아시아 전역의 조류 사육 발전에 기여할 수 있어 큰 영광이자 기쁨이었습니다.
2026 ‘TheOnePetShow’ (TOPS) in Shanghai
TheOnePetShow in Shanghai is one of the leading annual pet industry exhibitions held each spring, attracting approximately 200,000 visitors — including both industry professionals and consumers — over the course of four days.
For the inaugural edition of the Aviculture Masterclass, we had the privilege of being invited as lecturer alongside Dr. Richard Heidrich, Head of the Veterinary Department at Loro Parque.
On special request we gave a lecture on breeding management, the proper use of NutriBird formula, NutriBird pellets and OroPharma supplements.
Dr. Heidrich gave a lecture about avian endoscopy and he also showed the veterinarian facilities of Loro Parque. Located in Tenerife, Loro Parque is a world-renowned modern zoo that houses the largest and most diverse collection of bird species globally.
Both lectures were highly appreciated by the many attendees who traveled from across China to participate, with some visitors spending several hours traveling to attend the event.
It was a great honor and pleasure to contribute to the advancement of aviculture in China and throughout Asia.
